Congratulations you made it to Week Three with your healthy habit!

This week you will need to produce evidence that you have worked on your healthy habit. You can upload a picture, video or a note from someone who has witnessed you doing your healthy habit. 

If you have struggled with your healthy habit- you could write a note of why you struggled and what you will do differently or maybe you need to target a new healthy habit. 

Upload your evidence by Friday morning February 12th by 9am. The prizes will be a little bigger and more of them this final week of the Wellness challenge.
